Jil Averbeck has worked for two companies, Highlight and ALVANON. Jil began their career at ALVANON in 2020 as an Associate Consultant. In 2021, they moved to Highlight, where they held two roles - Senior Partnerships Operations and Operations Associate.

Jil Averbeck attended The New School from 2015 to 2019 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
