Haleh (Sahami) Molino is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning various industries. As the Founder and Designer of LILARIA since September 2020, Haleh focuses on creating inclusive handsfree handbag solutions for women. In addition, Haleh serves as a Volunteer Stylist at Dress for Success San Francisco/San Jose and has been a Master Fitness Instructor at The Bar Method since 2012, where Haleh emphasizes holistic wellbeing through fitness. Previous roles include Senior Stylist at Stitch Fix, where Haleh styled over 8,000 clients and contributed to the launch of the NorCal Kids team, and HR Coordinator at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, where Haleh streamlined onboarding processes and maintained personnel data integrity. Haleh holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from California State University - East Bay and a B.A. in Business Management/Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
