Kiki Shi has a diverse range of work experience. Kiki started their career in 2005 as an Executive Assistant at Hotel Lisboa in Macau, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they joined Regal Hotels International as an Assistant to the VP of China Operations. In this role, they provided support to the VP in directing and controlling the China hotels, handled administrative tasks, and attended owner's meetings. Kiki worked at Regal Hotels International until 2018, when they joined Shorelight as a Recruitment Operations Manager.

Kiki Shi studied at Macau University of Science & Technology from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance & Banking. Later, they attended The University of Bolton from 2007 to 2009, completing their Bachelor's degree of Arts in Accounting.
