Charlene Louise is an experienced professional in the field of international education and recruitment, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sponsor Relations for the MENA region at Shorelight since November 2020. Previously, Charlene held the position of Senior Recruitment Manager at the same company. Charlene's career includes significant roles at Kaplan International Pathways, where responsibilities included US Applications and Operations Manager, contributing to sales targets and reporting, as well as Admissions Advisor, where exceptional sales performance and client-focused solutions were demonstrated. Initial experience as an Admissions Intern allowed for foundational skills in student enrollment and visa application processes. Charlene holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Psychology and Spanish from Kingston University, obtained from 2011 to 2014.
