Erika Warkentin serves as the Clinical Client Success Lead at Shore (Canada) since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in healthcare management and clinical nursing. Previously, Warkentin held the position of Implementation Manager at Bayshore HealthCare from April 2021 to September 2022 and served as Solutions Portfolio Manager for Home Health Solutions at CBI Health Group from December 2019 to August 2020. Earlier roles include Registered Field Nurse at Innomar Strategies, specializing in biologic IV therapy for rare diseases, and Registered Nurse at Interior Health Authority, where Warkentin coordinated complex care for post-operative patients. Warkentin holds a Master of Business Administration from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor's of Science in Registered Nursing from The University of British Columbia.
