Ankita Namdeo's work experience begins in 2015 as a Volunteer for Gramiksha. In 2016, they served as a Community Volunteer for Tata Consultancy Services. Their professional career started in 2017 when they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Sybase Database Administrator, responsible for tasks such as backup and recovery, tuning and performance, and troubleshooting production problems. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of a DevOps Engineer, maintaining GIT workflows using version control. In 2021, Ankita worked as a Release Engineer at Akamai Technologies, where they managed the release management lifecycle and facilitated process and automation changes. Ankita then joined ShoppinPal in 2022 as a Product Analyst. Currently, Ankita is working as an AI Consultant on a Capstone Project at RBC, starting in January 2023.

Ankita Namdeo completed their Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence at the Schulich School of Business - York University, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology and Science in Indore, graduating in 2017. Ankita's education journey began at Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar School, where they studied Mathematics from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Foundation of Project Management from Google in October 2022 and Learn Python programming (Python 3) from Udemy in March 2020.
