Yohann LOUIS has a diverse work experience in customer success and operations management. Yohann is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Shoppingfeed, where they focus on enhancing e-commerce visibility and profitability across various marketing channels. Prior to this, they worked at Facelift bbt as a Customer Success Manager, Operations Manager, and Client Partner, demonstrating their expertise in social marketing and managing activities on social channels. Yohann also worked at Shoppingfeed as a Chargé de clientèle/Support technique, and at DYSAIA - Tudo.fr as a Chargé de site e-commerce, where they were responsible for supplier management, customer service, and website administration.
Yohann LOUIS completed their Master AMOS in Management des Organisations Sportives from AMOS - Sport Business School from 2008 to 2010. In 2012, they pursued a web development training program at EFFICOM PARIS. Yohann also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sciences et Techniques des Activités Physiques et Sportives from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, earned between 2004 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained the Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) Professeur de Karate in 2013 and the Diplôme d'Instructeur Fédéral (DIF) in 2012.
