Ria Urbi-Tanfelix PMP, Cert.APM is an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in healthcare and business services. At Shoppers Drug Mart since May 2022, Ria has led cross-functional teams for the Pharmacist-led clinic pilot projects in Alberta and currently serves as Program Manager for the Future of Pharmacy, coordinating efforts for the launch of Pharmacy Care Clinics in Ontario. Previous roles include Project Manager at MediSystem Pharmacy, where Ria defined project scopes and managed project lifecycles, and Manager of Business Services at Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network, overseeing administrative operations during a pivotal secondment. Ria's background also includes managerial positions at Rexall Pharmacy Group and South West CCAC, focusing on onboarding and change management in healthcare technology implementations. Ria holds an MBA from Gies College of Business, alongside various certificates in project and agile management, and a Master's in Socio-cultural Anthropology.
