Sam Brace is an experienced education leader currently serving as the Education Program Lead at Shopify since October 2024, where responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to define strategic direction, overseeing program managers, and enhancing educational content for various channels. Prior to Shopify, Sam held the position of Senior Director of Customer Education and Community at Cloudinary, managing customer education strategies and community engagement. Earlier roles include Director of Customer Education, Product Education Manager at Simpleview, and Communications Manager, demonstrating a robust background in developing training programs, content management, and public relations. Sam holds a Master’s degree in Communication & Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Arizona.
