Caty Bennett Gray serves as the Product Communications Lead at Shopify since August 2023, following a role at FedEx where Caty was involved in proactive media relations focused on e-commerce and innovation. Previously, Caty held the position of Director of Communications at ShopRunner, leading external and internal communications and facilitating employee engagement after its acquisition by FedEx. Caty's extensive experience includes roles as Vice President and Account Director at KWT Global, managing diverse accounts and strategic communications. Additional positions at Coburn Communication and Weber Shandwick involved significant media relations for lifestyle and corporate clients. Caty began the career at 360 Public Relations as an intern and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Boston University.
