Xiaoting Hu is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HRBP Lead for the Product & Design Team at Shopee since July 2021. Prior to this role, Xiaoting held the position of HR Business Partner at Amazon from April 2019 to July 2021, and previously worked as the HR International Project Officer at Imerys for a short duration in 2018. Xiaoting's earlier experience includes various HR roles at L'Oréal between July 2012 and January 2017, where responsibilities included HR Lead of the Yichang Plant and participation in change management for SAP projects. Xiaoting started the HR career as an HR Specialist at Procter & Gamble from November 2011 to July 2012. Academic qualifications include a Special Master in International Project Management from ESCP Business School, a Master of Laws in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam, and a Bachelor of Laws from Central China Normal University.
