Thng Kai Xin currently serves in Business Development for Special Projects at Shopee, beginning in September 2024. Prior to this role, Thng held an Executive Trainee position at Jardine Matheson from September 2022 to September 2024, with placements at DFI Retail Group Holdings and Jardine Restaurant Group, where significant achievements included leading multiple store openings and refurbishments, improving budget forecasting accuracy, and spearheading brand updates. Thng's earlier experiences include roles in supply chain and sustainability analysis at KFC, where revenue from external partnerships greatly increased, and various internships at Shopee, Funding Societies Singapore, and SearchAsia Consulting.
