Linh Chi (Lindsie) is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Base.vn since October 2022. Prior to this role, Linh Chi held positions at 25 FIT, serving both as a Learning and Development Executive and a Learning & Culture Trainee from December 2021 to June 2022. Linh Chi's experience also includes serving as an Employer Branding Ambassador at MB - Military Bank from December 2019 to September 2021, facilitating connections between the bank and academic institutions. Early experience includes an internship as a Recruitment Consultant at One Arrow Consulting Group from October 2020 to May 2021. Linh Chi holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from National Economics University in Vietnam, completed in 2022.
