Laura Lopes Wanderley is a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist with extensive experience in the field. Currently employed at Semantix since February 2023, Laura previously held the same title at Hays, where responsibilities included leading training initiatives across Brazil, aligning with business strategies. During a tenure at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from July 2018 to February 2022, Laura developed and executed strategic learning plans for sales, focusing on training programs tailored to knowledge gaps. Earlier, Laura served as an event assistant at Citi Brasil, managing logistical aspects of training events.
