Andy Chong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer experience. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Shopee since January 2016, Andy leads a team focused on developing and promoting advertising solutions. Prior to this role, Andy worked at Changi Airport Group from July 2010 to January 2016, holding positions such as Head of Customer Experience, Manager of T4 ORAT, and Assistant Manager in Airport Operations. Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and International Relations from Brown University, attained between 2006 and 2010.
