Andrew (Yi Hua) Chim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic management. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Business Development at Shopee since February 2020, Andrew oversees eight teams focused on seller management, as well as leading the Electronics categories and Thailand's Cross-Border business. As a co-founder of I-Health Medical, Andrew established two GP clinic franchises that prioritize patient care. Previous roles include Director of Group Strategy at Singtel, Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Andrew holds a Master of Arts in International and Development Economics from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
