Jemma Fitton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Project Recruiter at Giacom since October 2018, Jemma leads headhunting project initiatives. Jemma has also held the position of Director at Evolve Software since January 2024, and previously worked as a Headhunter at Hotfoot Recruitment from April 2013 to September 2018, focusing on recruitment for the IT, telecommunications, and new media sectors. Earlier roles include HR Support Officer at Fusion Business Solutions Limited from March 2012 to April 2013, and Consultant in the HR Division at Search Consultancy, where Jemma specialized in recruiting HR professionals. Jemma began a career in fundraising with positions as Area Fundraiser for Francis House Children's Hospice and Community Fundraiser for The Laura Crane Trust. Jemma holds a BA Hons in Psychology from The University of Manchester and completed studies at Greenhead College.
