Syazwan Sadiq Zulkepli is currently working at ShopBack as a PIC Customer Service and has been in that position since September 2019. Prior to this role, Syazwan was a Customer Service Executive at Aegis Malaysia from February 2017 to September 2019. Syazwan also has experience as a Personal Trainer at SMK Dato' Syed Esa and worked at RZ Hotel Batu Pahat as a Registration Counter. Syazwan graduated from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Maritime Technology in 2016.
