Beryl Ho has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Beryl is currently working as a Senior HR Business Partner at ShopBack, a leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform in APAC. Prior to this, Beryl worked at Appier as an HR Business Partner, primarily focused on the commercial BU, growth and marketing, and BO functions.

Before joining Appier, Beryl held multiple roles at 17LIVE Inc., including Senior Human Resource Director, Human Resources Director, and Talent Acquisition Manager. In these roles, they led teams of recruiters and supported recruitment needs for both local and overseas branch offices. Beryl also played a role in HR business partnering and HR projects.

Beryl's earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at HRnetGroup Limited, where they were responsible for the tactical and strategic delivery of corporate recruiting and consulting projects. Beryl also worked as a Senior Client Advisor at LVMH, where they served as an in-store trainer for Leather Goods and Men's RTW.

Throughout their career, Beryl has demonstrated a strong understanding of HR practices, talent acquisition, and business partnering.

Beryl Ho holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Shih Hsin University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification in HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn in February 2023.
