Kimberley Goh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Legal Director at Shoosmiths since June 2022 and a member of the Shadow Board, Kimberley has previously held the position of Senior Associate at Dentons from October 2017 to June 2022. Kimberley's background includes a significant tenure as an Associate at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP, where responsibilities encompassed complex corporate transactions. Active in advocacy, Kimberley volunteers as a Professional Ambassador for Aspiring Solicitors, providing support to students and junior lawyers from diverse backgrounds, and as a Volunteer Business Mentor for UnLtd, aiding social entrepreneurs in developing impactful businesses. Kimberley holds a First Class LLB Hons with Spanish from the University of Glasgow.
