Kirollos Mikhail is a skilled manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the engineering and automation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Shoals Technologies Group since November 2022, Kirollos evaluates manufacturing processes and optimizes injection molding operations. Prior experience includes a role as a Junior Process Automation Engineer at Standard Automation, where vendor selection and implementation of new automation systems were key responsibilities. Additionally, Kirollos worked as a Mechanic for Avis Budget Group, utilizing diagnostic skills and performing repairs, and conducted time studies at CEVA Logistics to enhance operational efficiency. Kirollos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Middle Tennessee State University.
