Lorena Granillo started their work experience in 2014 as a Sales Team Lead at Gymboree, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Master Minded Distribution as a Customer Relations Specialist Intern for a few months. In 2019, Lorena started working at SHO Products, initially as a Customer Service Manager / Operations Assistant until November, when they became a Brand Manager. Currently, they are working as an In House Brands Manager at SHO Products since January 2021.

Lorena Granillo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from California State University, Fullerton. Lorena completed their degree from 2013 to 2020. In addition, Lorena holds a PR Bootcamp Certificate from Global Results Communications, Inc., which they obtained in April 2018.
