Radu Botnari is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in program leadership and restaurant management. Currently serving as Program Leader and Faculty Lecturer at Swiss Hotel Management School since January 2019, Radu focuses on curriculum enhancement, program coordination, and delivering dynamic lectures while providing mentorship to students. Previous roles include Director of Restaurant at OSHO Bar&Kitchen, where Radu managed daily operations and talent recruitment, and Consultant and Food & Beverage Director at BERD'S DESIGN HOTEL, emphasizing talent development and performance optimization. Radu's career began with significant roles at Complex "Park Residence" and "Ristorante & Pizzeria Mi piace," culminating in a Master's degree in Hotel, Resort, Events, and Food & Beverage Management from Swiss Hotel Management School in 2019.
