Stefania Costa is an experienced Managing Consultant at SHL since April 2017, specializing in delivering insights through people data to promote business success. In addition, Stefania has served as a Senior Consultant at CEB since September 2000, focusing on account management for key clients across Italy and internationally, and possesses extensive expertise in HR activities including executive assessment and talent development. Prior to this, Stefania gained foundational experience as a trainee at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, assisting in project management and training delivery. Stefania holds a Master's degree in Corporate and Business Coaching from U2 Coach Academy and a cum laude degree in Occupational Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
