Rajasekar C has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rajasekar started their career in 1999 as an Executive-Sales at DishnetDSL Ltd. Rajasekar then went on to work at Iqara Telecoms India Pvt Ltd as a Key Account Manager from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they joined Sify Technologies Limited as a Key Account Manager-Security and later moved to Reliance Communications as a Senior Manager-Enterprise Business. In 2008, Rajasekar joined Bharti Airtel Limited as a Manager Enterprise Sales and eventually became a Regional Business Manager-Enterprise Services. Rajasekar worked at Tata Communications from 2011 to 2016, holding roles such as Senior Manager-Large Enterprise and Sr. Manager-Sales & Team Lead-Inside Sales. From 2016 to 2020, they served as an Assistant General Manager-Global Enterprise Sales at Vodafone Idea Limited. Currently, Rajasekar holds the position of Associate Vice President-Enterprise Business at SHL, where they have been since April 2020.

Rajasekar C earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management & Catering Science from Madurai Kamaraj University between 1996 and 1999. In 2001-2002, they pursued a Diploma in Business Management from All India Council for Management Studies. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Strategic Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning during the period of 2015-2016.
