Gcina Dube is an accomplished director and chairman with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director at SHL and Chairman at the South African Educational Trust since January 2022, Gcina also holds the position of International Partner: South Africa at the World Business Angels Investment Forum and has been a Managing Partner at Lwati Loluhle Staffing Services since March 2017. Previous roles include Group Resourcing Specialist at Standard Bank Group and Executive Recruitment Business Partner at Vodacom, with a strong focus on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and training programs across various industries. Gcina holds multiple degrees in Human Resources Management from the University of Pretoria and North-West University.
