Dr. David Edwards is a seasoned professional in talent solutions and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Talent Solutions Consulting and Principal Consultant for the Middle East and Africa at SHL since 2001. With extensive experience in delivering training and assessments across Europe and the Middle East, Dr. Edwards specializes in psychometrics and objective assessment methods while developing tailored assessment processes for selection and development. As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Dr. Edwards has contributed to talent management, training delivery, and coaching over a 14-year tenure at SHL Talent Measurement from CEB. Dr. Edwards holds a Doctor's Degree in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University and an MSC in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University.
