Amit Kumar Sharma has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Amit started their career at Naukri.com in 2010 as an Assistant Manager and worked their way up to Deputy Manager-Corporate sales, Manager-Corporate Sales, Area Manager, Business Manager-Corporate Sales, Senior Manager, and finally, Branch Sales Manager. In 2019, they joined IndusInd Bank as a City Head for a short period before moving to SHL. At SHL, Amit served as Deputy General Manager and currently holds the position of Head- Core Enterprise Business (India & Philippines). In this role, they are responsible for managing a $4M business vertical, overseeing a team of Managers, Account Managers, and Business Development Managers. Amit focuses on business growth, market expansion, and works closely with the marketing team to align marketing efforts with business needs.

Amit Kumar Sharma completed their Higher Secondary education in Commerce at Hariyana Vidya Mandir from 1996 to 2004. Amit then pursued an MBA in Marketing at Globsyn Business School from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Google Digital Sales Certification from Google in November 2018 and completed "The Complete Digital Marketing & Sales Funnel Blueprint" course by Udemy.
