Murari Lal has extensive experience in digital banking and fintech, currently serving as the Head of Digital Initiatives at Shivalik Small Finance Bank since December 2016. Murari has led multiple significant projects, including the development of a Mobile Banking App 2.0, end-to-end digital onboarding solutions for fixed deposits, and various payment systems. Prior positions include Head of Digital Banking & Fintech Strategy at Shivalik Small Finance Bank and Vertical Head of Digital Banking Implementation at HDFC Bank, where Murari managed a large CRM team. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at GE and an Executive Assistant at Vidyut Metallics Limited. Educational credentials include an Advanced Program in Leadership in the Digital Era from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and an MBA focused on Marketing and Business Development from Western International University.
