Nadia De Nert possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, holding various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Nadia serves as the Responsable d'agence at Shiva Tours Nord since July 2020. Prior to this, notable positions include Responsable du développement commercial des réseaux de distribution at Tessiot-Déménagements and Réceptionniste at ACE Hôtel. From 2011 to 2017, Nadia managed the Hôtel Kyriad - Restaurant La Parenthèse Gourmande, where exceptional achievements included being ranked number one on Tripadvisor and attaining the Certificate of Excellence for six consecutive years. Nadia has also held managerial roles at ibis establishments and has a strong background in commercializing hotel services, developing partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence. Educational background includes a degree from Lycée professionnel Hôtellerie Restauration under Delphine Gay from 1987 to 1990, complemented by self-directed learning in hospitality and restaurant management.
