Rebecca Anih has extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries, holding key positions in sustainability and new product development at Shiseido, including Executive Director of Sustainability & NPD and Director of New Product Development. Prior to Shiseido, Rebecca worked at L'Oréal as Sr. Manager of Development and held various managerial roles focused on supply chain and development for Lancôme and SoftSheen Carson. Rebecca began a career at International Paper in technical sales support and design. Educationally, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
