Geoffroy Dubourg-Felonneau is a seasoned professional in machine learning and software engineering with significant experience in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Machine Learning Lead at Shiru since November 2020, Geoffroy is focused on developing innovative tools for food ingredient discovery through a Protein Search Engine and multi-omics predictive models. Previously, as the Machine Learning Team Lead at Cambridge Cancer Genomics from December 2017 to September 2020, Geoffroy successfully led a diverse team to enhance precision oncology using advanced machine learning techniques. Early career experiences include a role as a Machine Learning Engineer at iMuze Inc. and an engineering internship at Thales, where contributions were made to the design of critical components for modern aircraft. Geoffroy holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from CY Tech, obtained in 2015.
