Paul Cassleman is an experienced data science and product management executive currently serving as the Vice President of Data Science at Shipt, where leadership focuses on leveraging AI, ML, analytics, and data services to enhance the marketplace platform. Prior to this role, Paul spent 14 years at Target, progressing through various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Product Management for Data Sciences and Director of Enterprise Business Intelligence & Analytics. Notable achievements include pioneering innovative data products, integrating quantitative methodologies into business strategies, and developing strategic workforce planning capabilities. Paul holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
