AJ Roach is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Shipt since June 2021, AJ successfully implemented an intranet and revamped internal communication channels. Prior roles include Senior Corporate Communications Manager at Spectrum Reach, where AJ collaborated on training initiatives and managed emergency messaging during the pandemic, and various marketing and communication positions across organizations such as Alabama Ballet and Momentum Telecom. AJ also held a consulting role for the Joseph Siegelman campaign, contributing to successful election outcomes. AJ's education includes participation in the Stagen Leadership Academy and a degree from The University of Alabama.
