IQleen Bhogal started their career as a Creative Designer at F Bar India in 2008. In 2010, they joined fashionandyou.com as a Marketing Communications Manager. In 2013, they moved to Address Home and served as a Marketing Communications Consultant and Marketing & Operations Manager. In 2015, they became the Head, Creative Communication at KartRocket.

IQleen Bhogal is currently studying at NIFT, and previously attended St. Xavier's High School in Raipur.
