Diego Alejandro Jimenez is a seasoned professional in sales and customer technology, currently serving as Channel Sales Manager at Shippo since February 2021. Previous roles at Shippo include Senior Channel Account Executive and Channel Account Executive. Diego's extensive experience in the logistics and customer service sectors includes over nine years at UPS, where positions ranged from Customer Technology Lead to Enterprise Account Manager. Prior to UPS, Diego co-owned and managed Postal Express, LLC, and contributed as a Leadership Development Specialist for San Antonio ISD. Additionally, Diego began their career with an internship at San Antonio Express-News.
