Shashika Anisa has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2014, they worked as a Telemarketer at Colliers-International. From 2015 to 2016, they held the role of Marketing Executive at PT Intermulti Kreasi and later transitioned to the role of Account Manager at Bizzy Indonesia, where they demonstrated expertise in identifying market needs, generating sales leads, and closing deals. Shashika then worked at PT. Mandiri Graha Persada from 2016 to 2018, where they served as a Brand Development specialist, managing marketing activities and improving brand engagement. Shashika joined OYO in 2018 as a Business Development Manager, focusing on business expansion and partnership negotiations. Shashika then worked at Booking.com in various roles, including Hotel Acquisition Junior Team Lead and Account Manager, where they provided business ideas and solutions to hotel partners. Shashika's entrepreneurial skills were showcased through their ownership of businesses such as Basting Jakarta and Dorokdokin Jakarta. Currently, they are working as a Strategic Account Manager at Shipper, where they are responsible for maintaining positive relationships and creating solutions for both B2B and B2C clients in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
