Citra Astari possesses extensive experience in various roles within the banking and logistics industries. Currently serving as AVP Retail at Shipper since June 2019, previous positions include Partnership B2C Manager and Warehouse Management System Product Manager. Citra's tenure at Pakde as Chief Human Resources Officer was followed by a significant role at Standard Chartered Bank from February 2014 to December 2018 as a Market Risk Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring market risk exposure and analyzing new products. Other roles at Standard Chartered Bank included Technology Business Analyst, contributing to a major core banking project, and Specialist Function Management Trainee, gaining experience across multiple bank functions. Earlier career experiences include a Laboratory Assistant role at Production System Laboratory ITB and an internship at GMF AeroAsia.
