Maksym Kharchenko has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA) and IT administration. Maksym worked as a QA Engineer at Shiphawk from August 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at AltexSoft as a QA Engineer from February 2017 to August 2018. Maksym also gained experience as a QA Manual/Automation Engineer at Play Web from June 2016 to January 2017, and as a QA Automation Engineer at JoMedia Inc. from August 2013 to June 2016. In addition, they worked as a QA Engineer at Ubertesters from May 2014 to November 2015. Maksym also held a leadership position as the Head of IT Department at Olimp from June 2012 to August 2013, where they managed software and hardware infrastructure, IT security, and organizational aspects of the IT department. Prior to that, they worked as a System Administrator at STV-Center from November 2010 to June 2012, where they were responsible for various IT administration duties and provided support to users.

Maksym Kharchenko began their education in 2002 at the Svetlovodsky technical school of Radioelectronics in Svetlovodsk, Ukraine. Maksym completed their studies in 2006, earning a junior specialist degree in Automated systems software. Following this, they enrolled at the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics in Kharkiv, Ukraine, in 2006. Maksym completed their studies at this institution in 2009 and obtained a Specialist degree in Automated systems software.
