Mark Fedele has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on medical communications and affairs. Mark most recently worked as the Director of Medical Communications at Shionogi Inc. starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Strategy & Operations US Medical - Hematology at Bristol Myers Squibb from June 2021 to May 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Director of Medical Affairs Therapeutic Operations & Project Management at Regeneron.

Before that, Mark held multiple roles at Novartis, including Global Medical Affairs - Digital Medicines from April 2016 to January 2019, Franchise Head Medical Communications from April 2013 to April 2016, and Medical Communications Leader from January 2007 to April 2013.
