D'Angelique Dopson currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Shionogi Inc. (U.S.), starting in March 2024. Prior to this role, D'Angelique accumulated extensive experience at The Medicines Company from October 2006 to May 2020, where D'Angelique held several positions including Senior Director of Human Strategy and Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits. Earlier career experiences include roles at Cendant as an HRTS Specialist and at Toys "R" Us as an International HR Coordinator. D'Angelique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University Maryland, earned between 1995 and 1999.
