Tricia Ruggeri began their career in 2017 at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace, where they held various roles such as Front Desk Manager, Retail Lead, Front Office Supervisor, and Front Desk Agent. In these positions, they gained experience in managing retail operations, overseeing front office operations, and providing customer service. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Front Office Manager at Westin Hotels & Resorts. Tricia is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Front Office at Shinola Hotel, starting in July 2023.

Tricia Ruggeri completed their Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Pittsburgh from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also took part in a program at Universidad Nebrija to study Spanish Language and Culture.
