La Quốc Lương has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. La Quốc started their career in 2003 as a Software Developer at pouyuen and subsequently worked as a System Administrator at Vinagame. La Quốc then joined ACB - Asia Commercial Bank as a Software Engineer and later moved on to Asia Informatics Joint Stock Company, where they served as a Unit Head. In 2015, they joined FE CREDIT as the Head Of Data Management and later took on the role of Lead Programmer - middleware. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Team Lead at ALTISSS High Technology before joining Công ty Chứng khoán ACB (ACBS) as the Unit Head Of Data Analytics. In 2022, they worked at FPT Software as a Data Lead before moving to Shinhan DS, where they currently hold the position of Head of Software Development. Throughout their career, La Quốc Lương has gained experience in various technologies such as Reactjs, React Native, Flutter, NodeJS, C, Pro*C, Socket IO, C#, DevExpress, Electron JS, Oracle, MySQL, and Mongodb.

La Quốc Lương has an extensive education history. La Quốc obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a diploma in Information Technology from the National Institute of Information Technology in 2004. Additionally, they also hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from VNUHCM - University of Science, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.

In terms of certifications, La Quốc Lương has obtained several qualifications. La Quốc is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they achieved in August 2022. La Quốc has also earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certificate from Microsoft in July 2022 and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certificate in June 2022. Furthermore, they hold a Udacity Nanodegree Graduation Certificate in Data Engineering, acquired from Udacity in June 2022. Additionally, they are an AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) since May 2022. In February 2017, they obtained the IBM WebSphere Message Broker Solution Developer V8.0 certification from IBM.
