Katrina C. is an experienced professional in early learning and administrative roles with a strong background in support and operations. Currently serving as a Coach in Early Learning Business Practices at Shine Early Learning since April 2023, Katrina previously contributed to Early Learning Indiana as a Help Desk Agent and Subject Matter Expert from March 2020 to April 2023, where support was provided to child care providers and families. Other notable experiences include serving as an Outreach Navigator for Connect2Help, managing resident relations as a Resident Director at Edward Rose Properties, and overseeing finance and operations as the Director of Finance and Operations at Leadership Ventures. Katrina holds a degree in Business Communication from Indiana University Indianapolis and has developed a skill set that encompasses customer service, operational management, financial oversight, and technical support.
