Mauricio Kuri, PMP®, CSM, is an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager for MyCheck, a Shiji Group Brand, since February 2021, focusing on enhancing partner relationships and ensuring customer success through effective product deployment and support. With a background in hospitality and technology, Kuri has held roles such as POS Project Specialist at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where project management for a 900-hotel chain was a key responsibility, and Director of Food and Beverage at St. Jane Hotel and The Talbott Hotel, overseeing operations and service standards. Prior experience includes management roles at Rockit Ranch Productions and Trump International Hotel and Tower, coupled with entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Pura Delicia.
