Whitney Siders is an experienced professional currently serving as President of The Modern Inc. since September 2024. From September 2015, Whitney has held various roles, including Principal Consultant, at SHIFT | @shiftthework. Previous positions include Special Projects Coordinator at the University of Maryland Medical Center's R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center from March 2013 to September 2015, and Project Manager/Account Coordinator at Ainsley & Co. from June 2011 to January 2013. Additionally, Whitney has experience as a Communications Intern at East Carolina University's Office of Equity, Diversity and Community Relations and as a World Series Coordinator-Lead Intern with Ripken Baseball. Whitney holds a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and a minor in Communication Studies from East Carolina University.
