Boris Zamyatin serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ShiftMed since July 2024. Previously, Zamyatin held the position of VP of Finance at ZP Group from June 2019 to July 2024, where leadership in Finance, Treasury, FP&A, and Billing/Collections led to a 30% CAGR in revenue and a tripling of EBITDA% margin. Prior roles include Senior Director of Finance and Director of Finance at ZP Group, where Zamyatin managed capital stacks and successfully divested a cybersecurity firm to Palo Alto Networks. Additional experience includes Director of Finance at Discovery Inc., CFO at Cadasta Foundation, and various finance positions at gategroup and Thomson Reuters. Zamyatin holds an MBA in Management and Finance and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
