Jared Isaacman is the current Chief Executive Officer at Shift4. Jared is also the founder and former CEO of Draken International, a leading provider of mission-critical commercial military flight services.

Isaacman founded Draken International in 2011. The company was featured multiple times on Inc. Magazine's 500 lists of fastest-growing private companies in the US and Florida between 2017 and 2018. In 2018, Draken International was positioned as a nominee for the prestigious Robert J. Coller Trophy for its work in Contracted Close Air Support & Adversary Air Services in Support of Combat Readiness.

Isaacman sold the majority interest in Draken International in 2019. Jared then took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Shift4, a position they still hold today.

Jared Isaacman studied at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where they earned their bachelor's degree.
