Tom Bagnall has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tom co-founded and served as the Commercial Director of SHIFT - The Amazon Experts since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Cadabra starting from August 2023. From 2010 to 2019, Tom was the Commercial Director at Epiphany Search. Tom also worked as a Business Development Manager at Branded3 from 2009 to 2010 and as a Customer Insight Manager at Masternaut Three X from 2008 to 2009. Before transitioning into the digital industry, Tom worked as an Equities Trader at TD from 2003 to 2006. Tom'searly professional experience includes a role as a PR Executive at Wellbeing of Women from 2001 to 2003.

Tom Bagnall attended The Grammar School at Leeds from 1988 to 1998, and graduated from Durham University in 2001 with a degree in Human Sciences.
