Heleen de Jonge is currently working as an Impact & ESG Officer at SHIFT Invest, where Heleen supports the implementation and development of fund-level impact measurement and management strategies. With a background in sustainable development and carbon management, Heleen has also worked in various research and coordination roles in organizations focused on environmental and community engagement. Heleen holds a Master's degree in Carbon Management from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a major in Sustainable Development from University College Maastricht.
